# Export Conventions

All graphics included in this book were created using Adobe Photoshop. However, you can also use other image editors and choose to export your work in either bitmap (PNG) or vector format (SVG). Here are some common export conventions for using Photoshop to produce web graphics:

* **Exporting as an SVG file** : To export a graphic in vector format, choose File→Export and then check the box for **Save for Web & Devices** (Figure 9-8). This brings up the Export options for your file, with a single gray box as a Save for Web & Devices option. Choose Save for Web & Devices, and choose the SVG format. [The role of the upper eyelid in glaucoma: what is new?].
Chronic intraocular pressure elevation and secondary damage to the optic nerve, which may lead to irreversible blindness, are the main reasons why glaucoma is the second leading cause of blindness. Various mechanisms have been discussed for intraocular pressure elevation, including tear film, ciliary body and trabecular meshwork dynamics. In recent years, considerable interest has been focused on the role of the upper eyelid in the pathogenesis of open-angle glaucoma. Upper eyelid structures in glaucoma patients have been analyzed, including the palpebral angle, conjunctiva, tarsus, and levator muscle. Most studies have been observational, and there is little evidence to support the existence of fixed “holes” in the palpebral angle. On the contrary, inflammation in the palpebral conjunctival crypts is associated with increased intraocular pressure. Further analysis of the role of the upper eyelid and its structures in the pathogenesis and progression of open-angle glaucoma should be undertaken.Mini Blenders With Concave Base – Uncooked Food BL234
