The problem is that resp.getLicenseId() returns 0. I tried to find it in API and in Android. I tried to play with proxy requests, but no luck. How can I get license id?

Two problems.
The license is not added yet. AddLicense is returning a LicenseResponse object, which contains the added license, and that’s just a progress status object.
The second problem is that the returned LicenseResponse has a license attribute (which is also only a progress status) that you’re not using.
The resp variable contains a LicenseResponse object, which has a license attribute that contains the licenseId.
Change this:
license.setId(resp.getLicenseId());
to this:
license.setId(resp.getLicense().getLicenseId());

Command line only, no GUI available
DELNEXT is a short name for ‘Delete At Next Reboot’, a console-only software solution with a small footprint that requires no installation. It can only be started via the command prompt, so if you are somewhat familiar with the console, you should have no problems using it.
The usage pattern is displayed, alongside the available instructions DELNEXT supports. No actual example is shown, but it shouldn’t be difficult to get acquainted with the app, as the commands are very simple.
The target files/directories can be specified in wildcard fashion, as well as using user-defined prefixes and suffices. DELNEXT also supports partial directory recursion.
DELNEXT can schedule the deletion of one or more files of your choice at the next restart. Alternatively, you can also use the ‘/now’ command to wipe a file on the spot.
In the first case, Windows will erase the file before loading any services, drivers, and apps, which means DELNEXT might be of use if you want to get rid of some infected files that refuse deletion. On the downside, DELNEXT is not capable of scheduling deletion for files that are located on a network shared folder.
You can specify the default location of the files you want to delete (empty directories are accepted; the entire folder is deleted if empty), as well as use wildcards to define one or more file types.
